How A Session Flows?

During a session, we first observe how the person breathes, whether the breath reaches the stomach first or begins in the chest, how smoothly it flows, and how deep it is. Each of these patterns reveals insights into their current state.

            ✧If there is a pause before inhaling, it may indicate a struggle to move forward in life.

               ✧A pause before exhaling often shows difficulty in letting go of the past.

               ✧Shallow breathing can signal that the person is not fully receiving abundance, love, or opportunities, and may not be valuing themselves enough.
